Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 29, 2026. This policy describes the data used to create and deliver your Hotel Lobby AI Filter video.
What we collect
We collect the two photos you upload, your email address, and order and generation status. ClinkBill processes payment details on its hosted checkout; we receive payment identifiers and status, not your full card number.
How your photos are used
We send temporary access links for your photos to our video generation provider, Kie.ai, to create the video you purchased. Uploaded photos and completed videos are stored in private storage. Your private order link provides access to status and a short-lived download URL.
Storage and access
Your completed video can be downloaded from the private order link for 14 days after completion. Access expiry does not by itself delete stored files. We keep files and order records as needed to deliver the service, handle support, and meet payment obligations. The generation provider applies its own media retention rules.
Email and service providers
We use Resend to send order and delivery emails, Supabase for private files and order records, ClinkBill for payment, and Kie.ai for video generation. We use your email for transactional updates, not a subscription.
Your choices
Only upload photos you are allowed to use. To request access to or deletion of your photos and videos, email orders@your-domain.com. Some transaction records may need to be retained for accounting and dispute handling.
